WHAT TO EXPECT IN BREATHING PRACTICE

  • Physical sensations, tingling, temperature change, feeling weighted or heavy on the floor, feel compelled to move about or make sounds, just try not to stand as you may be light-headed

  • Experience a variety of emotions such as crying, grief, anger, fear, laughing, bliss, elation, gratitude, etc.

  • Re-experience old memories, be visited by loved ones

  • Even re-experience your own birth or the birth of a child

  • You may also move into the transpersonal and experience a connection to all that is, feel like you are floating in space or have a conversation or receive a message from your higher power

  • The most common sentiment I hear expressed after the breathing is over is gratitude
