WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET ANXIOUS DURING SESSION

 

  • First, slow your breath

  • Bring your breath back to your normal rhythm

  • Breathe in and out of your nose or slowly sit up and drink water

  • Use the chat to communicate with me - you can send a private chat message, wave your hand, or call me directly on my cell during, and/or after the session: 504-416-0590

  • You can move by rocking side to side or back and forth, but again, standing is not recommended as you may feel dizzy or light- headed.

  • Toning or making sounds, grunts, moans, chanting or really any sound will release tension. Vocalizing is especially helpful
