Therapeutic Breathing provides a way to process and reframe emotions still lingering in our bodies from past experiences. Our bodies act like living libraries and record both positive and negative experiences and their associated feelings. 

 

Not all feelings are undesirable. But, in an attempt to avoid the uncomfortable feelings, we distract ourselves from feeling much of anything, even delight.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Individual Sessions are two hours and offered in a safe, confidential environment. First Session is 1/2 Off. ​
